Kauai Destination Wedding
When Bay area residents, Kendall and Ben pictured their wedding they dreamed in palms, ocean breezes, and the Aloha spirit. Their Kauai destination wedding became a reality with just a few Mai Tai’s being sipped under the Hawaiian sun.
Ben and Kendall only made one trip over to Hawaii to plan their wedding, and get this: they never got to see their wedding venue until the day of their rehearsal. They had only ever seen the Kauai Botanical Gardens online but the pictures couldn’t possibly do it justice on the day we arrived. The Allerton Garden is a paradise transformed through time by the hands of a Hawaiian Queen, a sugar plantation magnate on the South Shore of Kauai. With lush trees, sweeping ocean views and a tropical landscape you couldn’t get a more picturesque Hawaii.
Kendall rented a large estate just minutes from the gardens to host the bridal party and wedding reception.
Matching bridal party palm pajamas were obviously the only option for this Hawaiian wedding.
This tropical bouquet was beautifully designed by Kealoha Flowers.
The ceremony took place under the shade of these stunning trees.
After the ceremony we had the entire botanical gardens to ourselves and it couldn’t have been more spectacular.

A short walk across the street brought us to this lava rock on the edge of the ocean.
Ramey Anne Weddings planned the wedding for Kendall and brought together all the details for their big day.
These tropical table-scapes were absolutely perfect.
In typical Hawaiian fashion it unexpectedly poured as soon as dinner was served. The downpour didn’t defer the guest from dancing the night away under the Aloha light of the moon.
Ben and Kendall’s Kauai Destination Wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful and we were beyond excited to be a part of all of it!
