A Westin Carlsbad Wedding in the Grand View Atrium
Coastal views and ocean breezes greet you as you step outside the Grand View Atrium at the Westin in Carlsbad, California. The faint scent of salt in the air and watching the sunset from the cocktail lawn set the perfect backdrop for any San Diego wedding. Britney and David were actually the first couple to get married in the newly-renovated Atrium and hotel which left them a completely clean canvas to design the day of their dreams. Britney worked with the incredibly talented team at San Diego Events Company to bring the colors of a winter sunset indoors. The accents of gold, rose gold, blush, stone grey and burgundy were seen in every detail.
Can you believe these stunning marbled floral invites are from Shutterfly? The rose gold accents take these wedding invites from beautiful to luxury.
One of my favorite things to see on the wedding day is lush set of matching bridesmaids robes. Matching bridal robes always make these candid getting ready photos stand out.

One of the wonderful things about the new Westin Resort in Carlsbad is that the new lawn is perfect for a beautiful wedding tent in case the weather looks bad.
San Diego Events Company had a vision to make these new blank space romantic, luxury and intimate and I think it’s safe to say their vision came to life in the new Atrium Ballroom.
My MarqueeSD has some of the best show stopping marquee signs and I loved how they incorporated them into this wedding.
I love when our clients get to do a ballroom reveal and have the reception space all to themselves for a few minutes.
