With red-tiled roofs, intricate iron work, arched recessed entrances and windows that perfectly from the beauty outside there couldn’t be a more peaceful and gorgeous place to get married.

The founder of the Inn once said; “I have found real joy at Rancho Santa Fe. Every environment here calls for simplicity and beauty, no one could violate these natural factors by creating anything that lacked simplicity in line and form and color.” This quote inspired the incredibly creative Kelsey of Kelsey Rae Designs to design a modern, joyful and timeless tribute to this same vision. Kelsey created a copper and blue palate that would boast the innate natural beauty of the Inn while at the same time complimenting the Spanish heritage.

With 21 acres of property to explore the Inn hosts many perfect locations for any intimate moments and celebrations. Kelsey chose the Croquet Lawn as the perfect place for this Editorial Shoot. This expansive green lawn is a wonderful location where couples can say their “I Dos” with our historic adobe building from the 1920s as the backdrop. Accentuated by manicured lush gardens and towering trees, the Croquet Lawn also overlooks the quaint village of Rancho Santa Fe with its Spanish Revival-style Architecture. Every detail, pillow, dessert and flower were meticulously chosen to showcase the legacy of a rich past meeting modern day sophistication and authentic joy.
