Hotel del Coronado is an iconic destination in San Diego and the perfect place for an unexpected proposal.

Patric told Nicole they were going to meet a friend for lunch at the Hotel del Coronado. When the friend called and said she was running late Patric convinced Nicole that they should walk on the beach to pass the time, little did she know that friend and I were staked out waiting for the big moment. Nicole didn’t see it coming and just kept asking Patric “is this for real…” Little did she know this wasn’t the only surprise he had in store for her.

The sand dunes just north of the Hotel del Coronado were the perfect place for a private and intimate proposal!

After Patric popped the question his second surprise was that he invited all of their family to come and share in the celebrations. Nicole was completely shocked and overwhelmed to find both of their families walking their way with faces full of excitement.

Patric not only arranged for both of their families to be there but for some really sweet friends to be ready and waiting at a restaurant near by as a final surprise for Nicole. It’s safe to say she had no idea how much love she would feel in one day!
